It's festival time for Roll Up!

Summer is upon us and that can mean only one thing, its festival season! And festival season is a busy time for our valet bicycle parking service Roll Up.

Established in 2011 with funding from the VicHealth MOTION program, Roll Up is a fully outsourced, customisable, rider-oriented bicycle parking service. Requiring no permanent infrastructure, Roll Up fits on the street, on footpaths, in ovals or just about anywhere. We provide infrastructure and staffing to accommodate up to 200 bikes.

Able to be located in close proximity to or within festivals and events, bicycle valet is a proven factor in encouraging active and sustainable transport. Run by bike riders for bike riders, Roll Up adds green value to any event, enhances the rider experience, rewards sustainable transport choices and promotes health through physical activity and community engagement.

Our Roll Up calendar for 2016 is off to a great start. We'll be kicking off the year at the Australia Day Festival in the City of Greater Dandenong where locals from over 150 different countries will come together to celebrate everything they have in common.

St Valentine's Day sees us in St Kilda for the annual St Kilda Festival for the fourth year running. In fact you'll be seeing double as this Festival is so big and the Roll Up service so popular we'll be in two locations, so there's no excuse not to ride your bike if you're heading to this popular day out!

Meanwhile, Sunday March 20th will see Roll Up at the Darebin Community and Kite Festival at Reservoir's picturesque Edwardes Lake Park from 11-6.
