Once Bitten

In 2010 we partnered with local film makers Who By Fire with support from the City of Melbourne to create the Once Bitten series. We created 3 lighthearted clips drawing parallels between bike riders and vampires, and in doing so, set out to dispel some of the 'myths' about us;  that we can't be seen in mirrors, that we are bloodsuckers (don't pay road tax), that we have extra sensory ability, that we are immortal.  The clips were aimed at a young audience with the higher goal of encouraging harmonious on road behaviour and encouraging personal responsibility for safety.

The campaign was distributed online and screen at selected 2010 Bikefest events. The clips went on to screen in the 2011 Interfilm Bike Shorts program in Berlin.
