Racks for hire

After 3 years of providing Roll Up for large festivals and events, we are excited to introduce Roll Up DIY, offering lower capacity, affordable bicycle parking to smaller community events. The racks come courtesy our talented Roll Up Designer, Jonathan of Ben-Tovim Design. You can find out more about purchasing Flat Raqs here, but if you would like to hire them, you are in the right place!

The Racks

Each rack provides parking for 10 bicycles that can can be locked to the supporting bar. The rack is self standing and does not require any weights or pegging. The racks fold up easily and lock in position when extended. Each rack can be carried by one (strongish) person. Best of all, they fit easily in the back seat or boot of a car!

Hire Packages

We are offering 3 hire packages, detailed below for 20 bike capacity:

Roll Up DIY Basic
You collect the racks from our Brunswick offices, maximum hire period is 24 hours (can be collected the night before a morning event). Ideal for people who need temporary, unstaffed bike parking for up to 20 bikes.
Cost: $180 & GST

Roll Up DIY Valet
You collect the racks and a special Roll Up kit from our offices, maximum hire period 24 hours. The kit contains 2 Roll Up t-shirts, hats, valet system and of course the red carpet! Ideal for people who want to talk to bike riders, distribute surveys, collect postcodes, fundraise or integrate bicycle parking into a welcoming arrival space. To top it off, we'll list your event on our website and promote it via social media to let the world know your plans.
Cost: $300 & GST

Roll Up Mini Valet
Everything in the Roll Up DIY package PLUS a uniformed Roll Up staff member to run the service for you. We will bring the racks, a red carpet, valet system, promote it via our networks and provide you with a report at the end. Ideal for events that want to test the bicycle valet waters without committing to a large service.
Cost: $550 & GST (based on 4 hour call, includes delivery within 10km)

Upfront payment and a security deposit is required for all packages. Delivery and collection available, charged additionally. Contact us to find out more.

Racks for hire<\/h2>
After 3 years of providing Roll Up for large festivals and events, we are excited to introduce Roll Up DIY, offering lower capacity, affordable bicycle parking to smaller community events. The racks come courtesy our talented Roll Up Designer, Jonathan of Ben-Tovim Design<\/a>. The Racks<\/h2>
Each rack provides parking for 10 bicycles that can can be locked to the supporting bar. The rack is self standing and does not require any weights or pegging. The racks fold up easily and lock in position when extended. Each rack can be carried by one (strongish) person. Best of all, they fit easily in the back seat or boot of a car!

Hire Packages<\/h2>
We are offering 3 hire packages, detailed below for 20 bike capacity:

Roll Up DIY Basic<\/strong>
You collect the racks from our Brunswick offices, maximum hire period is 24 hours (can be collected the night before a morning event). Ideal for people who need temporary, unstaffed bike parking for up to 20 bikes.
Cost: $180 & GST <\/p>
Roll Up DIY Valet<\/strong>
You collect the racks and a special Roll Up kit from our offices, maximum hire period 24 hours. The kit contains 2 Roll Up t-shirts, hats, valet system and of course the red carpet! Ideal for people who want to talk to bike riders, distribute surveys, collect postcodes, fundraise or integrate bicycle parking into a welcoming arrival space. To top it off, we'll list your event on our website and promote it via social media to let the world know your plans.
Cost: $300 & GST<\/p>
Roll Up Mini Valet<\/strong>
Everything in the Roll Up DIY package PLUS a uniformed Roll Up staff member to run the service for you. We will bring the racks, a red carpet, valet system, promote it via our networks and provide you with a report at the end. Ideal for events that want to test the bicycle valet waters without committing to a large service.
Cost: $550 & GST (based on 4 hour call, includes delivery within 10km)<\/p>
