Pushy Women - Sydney
Now in its fourth year Pushy Women is one of our favourite annual events. Together with Catherine Deveny, writer, comedian, atheist postergirl and commuter cyclist evangelist, we've presented a stellar cast of fabulously funny Pushy Women to Melburnians each year. Well now it's Sydney's turn!
Yep, we've told Catherine to get on her bike and start pedalling as Pushy Women heads to the Sydney Fringe Comedy Festival for the very first time thanks to the fabulous blackcat productions.
Like girls? Like bikes? Like listening to talking? Well you’ll love Pushy Women on September 13 at The Factory Theatre.
Join Wendy Harmer, Tracey Spicer, Zoe Norton-Lodge, Mariam Veiszadeh, Dee Madigan, Nakkiah Lui and Lady Sings it Better for an afternoon of town bikes, lady riders, pedal pushers, lycra ladettes, fixie hipsters, BMX bandits, dykes on bykes, step through ladies and women who don’t ride AT ALL.
Like all Pushy Women events there has to be a bike ride and this is no exception with a FREE women’s ride through Marrickville’s streets and cycleways. To book a place for the Pushy Women Cycling Excursion, please register here.
